I am on a much needed vacation from work & trying to utilize the time to do some Spring cleaning & get organized...my seizures although they still haven't 100% completely figured out what causes them seem to be caused by stress and I'm attempting to create routines for both morning and evening that are practical and easy to follow any ideas are welcome!!!
