yo quiero aprender a tratar a mi hija sin hacerla sentir mal, sobre todo que mis otras hijas no piensen que les quito atencion
I have also had seizures as a part of me for awhile. I had my first one when I was 1.5. Just like you, I have not let Epilepsy hold me back. I have graduated from a four year University in four years in May 2012 with a 3.55 in my major and a 3.1 overall. I have had the honor of being chosen for Kids Speak Up as well. It is a great experience. I also have raised $7,200 for the Epilepsy Foundation. In one walk, out of the 50 letters I typed and sent, I got 49 positive responses.
Right now in my life, what you are doing is something I would love to do, either as a volunteer or more than that. How did you get involved in the first place? I am lost with who to call as there are so many people who are leaders in the organization.
Comment by LaKeese Wicks on June 19, 2012 at 12:44am Hi Trenton I just want to say continue to play your horn. That is a God given talent that not to many have. I can relate I have had seizures since I was four and I have been in the band for Fourteen Years. I play the Tuba, Trombone, and the Baritone. I have not let me Epilepsy stop me and I wish one day me and you could get together and play some music together.
