We always have our annual picnic in June. We are also working on getting a top to b an Isotopes game. Go to our website www.epilepsysupportnm.org for more details as they get solidified. We also have support group meetings on the second and forth Saturday at 4pm. We'd love to have you come out and join us!

Hello!

Are there any special events happening for the summer?  Particularly for children to get together for a fun day or something similar.

I haven't been getting many emails about this thread lately, so I didn't even realize it was still going on. I'm here in Albuquerque, and am willing to help in any way I can. I co-founded the epilepsy nonprofit here in New Mexico.

Hi, New Mexico. Does anyone here have Molina SCI? And if so can you give me any information about the change over at the beginning of the year. How is the Affordable Care Act going to affect SCI? Thank you so much.

Does anyone know when the next support meeting is? I would like to go to the next one.

Hi. My name is Liz and I understand the isolation of being unable to drive. I live outside of Las Cruces -- eight miles beyond the bus line -- and sometimes it feels like I live on the moon. I also had to quit a job I loved due to uncontrolled complex partial seizures and am stuck at home most of the time with few friends who visit. So I am working with the doctors to find a medicine or medicines that will control the seizures, but have been warned they will probably never be completely gone. So I am working to build a new life for myself from home. Thanks to the Internet, that is a lot more possible than it once was. Hey, Issac, Maybe we could form a Southern New Mexico support group that could meet via a chat room for those of us who have trouble getting out and about.
