Seizure Tracker

www.SeizureTracker.com was created as one family's solution for logging seizures and medications in a way that makes it easy to share information with doctors. We ended up with was a powerful, comprehensive tool that needed to be shared.

Thanks for your comments Jessica and Lisa, I'm so glad you are finding it helpful! Rich, good luck with the sleeping seizures I've heard a lot of people say they have them when they sleep.

I just located this site today. I have been having Frontal Lobe sleeping seizures now for 5-6 years. I haven't been tracking them until about a year ago or so. I started off a few years before with hot-flashes, both while I was awake and while sleeping. The hot-flashes have stopped, replaced by seizures only while sleeping. I just had another last night. It was less than two months since my last one, and 6 months previous to that. I tend to forget to take my Keppra XR. Anyone else have the sleeping seizures?

Thanks for all your comments! It's so good to hear that people are finding it helpful -- to be honest I wish none of us needed it! Juliane, we've noticed break-through seizures when our son has growth spurts too and we've been talking about how to integrate that into the tool.

Wow, what a wonderful tool! Thank you so much for doing this for everyone out there that is dealing with epilepsy.
I just found out that they are going to start a support group here in Fayetteville, NC. I will certainly spread the word there about it.
I had an idea though: My little ones seizures seem to be linked to growth spurts. Would it be possible to add a growth graph at some point in the future? That way patterns in that area could be visible.....just a thought.
Thank you again for your hard work!

Thanks for setting up Seizure Tracker. I had no problem setting up an account. It's the computerized version of all the paperwork I've collected over the years. Both doctors and family members say, "keep a journal of what you're experiencing." Well, now I can do that better on this website.

Seizure Tracker will also be a helpful tool and resource for those who not only advocate for themselves as well as others. For example, there are issues arising with brand name meds vs. generics. Having seizuretracker will help keep better notations on such matters as well as notes for on-going doctor visits.

You've got a good thinggoing here! Keep up the good work! Again, thank you for this very useful tool/resource.

Thank you for creating this Lisa! I've been trying to keep track of my seizures in a small pocket sized calendar for years and it has never does the trick. This program you've created is wonderful. It took a little bit of "fussing" for me to figure out how I should set it up for myself, but once I got it up it's been great. I showed it to my husband before he left for deployment and he really thought it was a good program too. Thank you so much!!

I want to share an exciting upgrade on https://www.SeizureTracker.com ...Now you can add videos of seizures to logging pages and include them in reports sent to docs! Our neurologist was always asking us to try to catch a seizure on video, so we added the ability to attach a YouTube video. If you already have an account you have to change your profile to allow for the video attachment if you want to use this feature. Let me know what you think if you are able to give it a try! ~Lisa
