The storm within awakens

Consciousness is broken

The brain is weak

Energy waves released

Control is lost

Physical, mental, emotional

Undue stress

Flashing lights

Not sleeping well

A flickering flame

Heat and Smoke

Triggers are all around

They are good

They are bad

Afraid to reach out

Afraid to live

Confronted by fear

It teams with ignorance

Everyday

Everywhere

We are never alone
