got my hair cut, a lot lighter above the neck now, may take another selfie photo of my head from shoulders up for a new profile picture. I self published on www.createspace.com, no up front costs, only the books I've bought to sell myself. It is a POD online publisher, it is listed on Amazon for $9.63, paperback, $3.99 Kindle version. Anyway, they order the book on Amazon, createspace prints it and ships it out (print on demand).

the book is titled The Unpredictable, you can get it on amazon and ebay, half of it is done about famous people that have had epilepsy with the draings and the other is paintings with stories about seizures I've experienced. You can go to theunpredictabledavis.webs.com and see the paintings and some about the book, the Lord laid this on my heart, my mom helped to pay to get it published last March and then I found I had cancer last April and had to have the whole kidney removed, so I wasn't able to get it out into the public, yet these two places posted them, you can buy the book or download it, someone told me the download was 4 dollars. Hope you like it

My E started in 1974, in August, I completed a memoir and it can be found on www.amazon.com the title is Detour: A 40-Year Epilepsy Memoir by Don S. Miller, it is written with an automotive slant, though I've never driven in my life (In 1974, my life took a strange detour), I write poetry, and compose music, and write dark fiction, I include some song lyrics and short stories at the end of the memoir to show that people who have E can be creative, that it doesn't affect the creative processes.

living with epilepsy has been a challenge, brain surgeries, VNS implant and removal, and life time of in and out ER, OR, and hospitals. Through life I've only had two doctors worth remembering, thats 40 years of doctors, every kind of medication and the last seizure I had at a week long tests this January showed a seizure that they said was one of the most dangerous seizures, can lead to death, (encouraging). I've come home realizing I need to look back through the years and write down all the things through life that were "good" memories and wipe out the bad. Don't think about  tomorrow or next month but at the end of every day, thank God I lived another one. I've filled 4 pages so far with special moments and people and thats just high school and early years. It's helping me. By writing a book and doing the art work last year on epilepsy it has helped me to share others what epilepsy is like.
