I try to listen to music quietly at work that is work appropriate of course to help keep the stress level down. Some good Michael Buble or Jazz it helps pass the time also. :)

Music is one of the best ways to relax us and keep the stress away and since we are all different it depends on the person as to what you like that will relax you I like all kinds of music but think John Denver can do the best for me even if I like mostly Country. Good luck to you all and have a nice day!

At Church tonight we had to name the most played our IPOD, we were playing one of those games where you guess who a person is by the discription. I couldn't come up with just one. I can name a few that I play all the time.

Can I hear a round of applause for Elton John, how about David Soul (he was a singer before an actor (he played David Hutchinson in the original, this goes back to the 1970s, Starsky and Hutch, w Paul Michael Glaser), after S & H, he became a singer again: Don't Give Up On Us Baby was one of his, Silver Lady, Daryl Hall and John Oates, Jim Croce, Moody Blues, Credence Clear-water Revival, Eagles, and the Beatles

The album Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys saved my life. I was in a dark place and for some strange reason I put the album on and the beauty of the music snapped me back into reality

Me & my Boss at work(I work at a McDonalds) both love music & espicaly church hymns. We often attempt to harmonize with the timers when they go off.

Music is def my best medicine. Several songs I count on are All the right moves by One Republic, Color outside the lines by Hedley, Curtain call by Maroon Five and Waiting for the end by Lincon Park =}

Its suprising how music can be like a medicine and relax you to the point that all your stress goes away and seizure activity seems to not be as frequent so I listen to music often. Take care.
