Hey Chris, Thank you for the welcome. I think we all need some kind of stress relief.  Talking with friends really helps me. I hope your health is better. I have had seizures for 34 years. To help with stress, I love to write poetry and read.  I hope everyone has a great weekend. :)

I am trying alternative therapies for epilepsy...I am doing meditation...I am going to see what else I can add...for everyone else...the meditaion is difficult but seems to have been helping....

Does anyone's seizures tend to be caused my anxious thoughts?

If so, I have an alternative meditative doctor tell me "It's just another catatrophic thought" and thinking that when these thoughts come up has been a help---if I have the chance to think it....

Does anyone get a thought that has a very 'scared ' feeling...its difficult...it has the potential to develop into a gran mal or another type of seizure....

Anyway, I was very happy to see a medition group--and I will take a better look at other comments to see how I can be of a help...

Thanks....

Chris I'm glad they caught a few things. I hope they figure out the bigger concerns soon. I'll pray that your seizures will let up a bit  so you can get back to getting your tests finished up. That the doc's will find the root of where your seizures are coming from.

Take care Chris!

well kari thanks for the hope they caught a few things but not totally sure  because they think the new location my seizures are coming from are deeper in the brain this time so the readings are not strong but it there. they want me to go in for another week stay to see if we can get somthing but things are getting worse for me at the moment with my seizures so im waiting a little and going back again
