before I quit and walked away from the factory I was working at, due to an unhealthy atmosphere (long story), I had two stress induced seizures, at the recommendation of a therapist, pastor, and member of the DVR I terminated my employment in November of 2001. I use music for meditation, be it classical, or soft rock, or Christian alternative

Hey Chris, Thank you for the welcome. I think we all need some kind of stress relief.  Talking with friends really helps me. I hope your health is better. I have had seizures for 34 years. To help with stress, I love to write poetry and read.  I hope everyone has a great weekend. :)

How is everything going with everyone? sorry I havnt been able to be on its bee a few bad months. hows every thing going with everyone? using any meditation or ways to relax during stressful times? Hope all is going well and looking forward to hear back from people
