Thanks Terry. Interesting thing is I too will have been 6 months seizure free, all being well, on Friday. Going to see Elton John in concert tomorrow night. Yey! :) x

Guy, I love the lyrics you wrote! I for one certainly can relate to them on many levels. Timothy, I like your paintings very much, especially the last one of the bird. I've been seizure-free for almost six months now, praise God! I'm working on some new paintings and trying to build up my inventory to do some shows in the near future if all goes well. May God bless you all!

Today I came up with a set of lyrics to a composition I wrote last year during a breakdown. The words do however apply to now rather than then. The piece is reflections part 2 and the lyrics are: The face looking at me in the mirror, is lying, he's lying.
He feels not the burden that I carry, he's laughing, I'm crying.
It's time to move forward in my life now,
It is time for the Phoenix to rise.
I've lived with this burden for too long now,
This I finally realise.

(instrumental)

It's time to reverse the wheel of fortune, for the clouds to make way for the sun.
Tomorrow I'll be the one who's laughing, and will live life just for fun.
At last with my back turned to the mirror, my new life will have begun.

Hope they touch a button for some of you. Best wishes, Guy.

timothy,

I enjoy your art. Sorry to hear that you are not doing well with your neurologist. It took me a long time.

Hi all,  I've been away for a while.  Tryin' to get a business started where I can actually make money.  :-P  I'll go back to painting in a week but not til then.  So Timothy, what did the neurologist do to make you feel that way?

I really like these my favorite is the middle one I am working on something similar with my excess paint adding a new piece to the last color left on my brush after each painting.

Sorry I haven't been on here for a while we have been preparing our garden and doing one of my favorite things hunting for morale mushrooms panning for gold sounds exciting. I am still working on my sketch though I have not worked on it for a while. I will post a picture of the morales aka dry land fish and myself later.
