Emergency Epilepsy Meds

I was trapped in snow traffic yesterday w/my teenage daughter who has mood disorders and epilepsy. She forget her emergency dose of Keppra & Topomax.  Luckily, I had pulled off the road near a 24 hr. pharmacy and had the on-duty doc at Children's Hospital call in an emergency dose.  Now, I will also carry an extra dose of her seizure meds.  Anyone have other ideas how to prepare for 'no meds' emergencies?
